Key Responsibilities • Manage and optimize the company website • Improve SEO, website rankings, and organic traffic • Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console • Execute digital marketing campaigns and support employer branding initiatives • Build AI-powered workflows and identify automation opportunities • Create effective AI prompts and help improve productivity across the business Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or SEO • Proven SEO success with measurable results (portfolio or case studies preferred) • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and WordPress or other CMS platforms • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot • Experience creating effective AI prompts and using AI to improve workflows • Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, Make.com, or Microsoft Power Automate is an advantage • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Experience working with Australian or international clients is highly regarded • Passion for AI, innovation, and continuous improvement • Tools & Technologies • Google Analytics 4 • Google Search Console • SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools • ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot • LinkedIn Marketing • Google Business Profile • Zapier, Make.com, or Microsoft Power Automate (preferred) • Looker Studio, Airtable, or Notion AI (preferred) • Technical Requirements • Reliable laptop/desktop (with at least one backup device) • Noise-cancelling headset (for interviews and meetings) • Stable internet connection with a backup (minimum 100 mbps What We Offer • Competitive salary of ₱60,000–₱70,000 per month • Semi-annual KPI bonus of up to 10% • Annual performance review • Paid AI certifications and professional development budget • Access to ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gemini, and premium SEO tools • Permanent work-from-home setup • Day shift • If you're passionate about digital marketing, AI, SEO, and automation, and want to make a measurable impact in a growing Australian business, we'd love to hear from you. • Three Peaks International is a Sydney based staffing solutions partner which provides local and virtual staffing solutions to Australian businesses through outsourcing, recruitment, and migration.
