The Senior Graphic Designer (Social Media Content Focus) leads the visual development and production of high-engagement social media content across all major digital platforms. This role translates marketing strategies into brand-aligned visual assets, spanning static graphics, motion graphics, short-form video edits, and interactive content. Working within a fast-paced agency environment, the Senior Graphic Designer maintains brand consistency, establishes visual benchmarks, and mentors junior creative staff. Operating at the intersection of design and performance, this position collaborates closely with Content Leads, Copywriters, and Paid Ads Specialists to analyze creative performance data and rapidly iterate on visual hooks to drive audience engagement and conversion. Shift is at 1pm - 9pm Philippine Standard Time Core Responsibilities Social-First Visual Design: Concept, design, and produce high-quality visual assets tailored for social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, X), including carousels, static posts, motion graphics, and video overlays. Creative Execution & Motion Graphics: Apply advanced layout, typography, and motion design principles to elevate organic and paid social content, transforming static briefs into dynamic, thumb-stopping visuals. Brand Governance & QA: Enforce strict brand guidelines and visual consistency across all client channels while maintaining a high production standard with minimal revision rates. Performance-Driven Iteration: Partner with Content and Paid Ads teams to review performance metrics (CTR, retention, engagement) and rapidly produce design variations based on data insights. Mentorship & Workflow Efficiency: Mentor junior design team members, review visual outputs, and maintain organized asset libraries and templates to streamline daily production workflows.
