Overview: We are seeking an experienced Marketing \& Content Manager to lead and execute our end-to-end marketing strategy. This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically while also driving execution across content, lead generation, brand positioning, email marketing, SEO, and marketing operations. Working closely with the Founder, you will be responsible for growing our brand presence, generating qualified leads, managing content across multiple channels, and overseeing marketing performance. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of marketing initiatives and help shape the future growth of a rapidly scaling business. Compensation 2000 AUD/month Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sydney Time (40hrs/week) Location: Remote Key Responsibilities Brand \& Messaging Develop and maintain brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions across all marketing channels Support website strategy, content, and copy updates Conduct customer research and competitive analysis Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials Content \& Social Media Manage content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook Plan and execute content calendars aligned with business objectives Coordinate with designers, video editors, and support team members to produce content Manage podcast marketing and content distribution Repurpose long-form content into platform-specific assets Coordinate user-generated and creator content initiatives Growth \& Lead Generation Develop and execute lead generation campaigns Plan and manage marketing funnels and conversion strategies Support webinar, masterclass, and event marketing campaigns Collaborate with external advertising partners and contractors Monitor and optimise conversion performance across marketing channels Support recruitment marketing initiatives Email Marketing Create and manage email campaigns for clients, prospects, and employees Develop nurture sequences and automated workflows Manage audience segmentation and list growth strategies Monitor campaign performance and optimise engagement PR \& Thought Leadership Support founder brand positioning and thought leadership initiatives Coordinate speaking opportunities, partnerships, and referral programs Liaise with external PR providers regarding media opportunities and awards Assist with event and networking initiatives SEO Support SEO strategy and keyword research Optimise website and content performance Assist with backlink-building initiatives Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics Marketing Operations \& Reporting Track marketing KPIs and campaign performance Prepare regular marketing reports and insights Manage relationships with agencies, contractors, and external providers Support marketing project management and execution Qualifications Required Skills \& Experience Proven experience managing marketing strategy and execution for a business or brand Strong lead generation and campaign management experience Experience managing multiple marketing channels simultaneously Strong content marketing and social media expertise Experience with email marketing, automation, and audience segmentation Knowledge of SEO strategy, optimisation, and reporting Strong project management and organisational skills Experience working directly with founders, executives, or senior leadership Ability to analyse performance data and make commercially focused decisions Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Experience Experience managing agencies, contractors, or small marketing teams Experience with podcast marketing and personal branding Experience supporting thought leadership and PR initiatives Familiarity with marketing funnels and conversion optimisation
