This includes but is not limited to service proposals, design proposals, company brochures, and other key marketing assets. Assist in the coordination and execution of photography, videography, and other media efforts to showcase completed projects for marketing and branding purposes. Maintain an organized and efficient marketing and client services filing system, ensuring easy access to documentation and reference materials. Oversee data entry, registration, and maintenance of CRM tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, M Moser’s in-house database) to track ongoing proposals, leads, and market insights for strategic decision-making. Qualifications Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Graduates from other disciplines are welcome to apply if they possess strong creative skills, relevant qualifications, and the right mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with design-related software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.), is a plus. At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar or related role. A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude. A friendly personality and a good sense of humor are always a plus! Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us? At M Moser, we are dedicated to fostering talent, collaboration, and professional growth within a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative environment. As a global design firm, we offer opportunities to work with diverse teams and contribute to impactful business development initiatives.
