Location: TP Alphaland, Makati Work Setup: Onsite / Hybrid Schedule Shifting Salary: Open budget We are seeking an experienced US Registered Nurse (USRN) Trainer to lead the delivery of clinical training programs for nursing professionals supporting U.S. healthcare accounts. This role is responsible for ensuring clinical excellence, operational readiness, and compliance with healthcare regulations through effective training, coaching, and curriculum development. Key Responsibilities Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) programs for USRN professionals supporting Utilization Management, Case Management, Clinical Appeals, Triage, Claims Review, and related healthcare functions. Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hybrid training sessions using adult learning principles and structured training methodologies. Develop, review, and enhance training materials, assessments, simulations, and reference guides. Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, return demonstrations, and coaching sessions. Support nesting, transition-to-production, and ongoing competency development initiatives. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, client requirements, internal policies, and healthcare regulations. Prepare training reports, maintain training records, and monitor learner progress. Identify learning gaps and deliver refresher or upskilling programs as needed. Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Client stakeholders to ensure training effectiveness and operational readiness. Qualifications Active and unrestricted U.S. Registered Nurse (USRN) License. Minimum of 2–3 years clinical bedside experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, Telemetry, or related areas). Minimum of 1 year experience as a USRN Trainer in a BPO or U.S. Healthcare account. Experience supporting Utilization Management, Case Management, Triage, Appeals, Claims Review, or related healthcare functions. Strong knowledge of MCG/Milliman, InterQual, HIPAA requirements, and U.S. medical terminology. Previous experience in training, facilitation, coaching, or clinical education. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in an onsite, hybrid, or flexible training environment. Experience in Learning \& Development or Instructional Design is an advantage.
