About Us Konvy, Thailand's largest vertical beauty conglomerate, is expanding its success in the Philippines. We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our pioneer team. In this role, you will drive growth by building strong retail partnerships, developing strategic market entry plans, and ensuring the successful launch of beauty products in the Philippine market. Duties AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Market Research and Strategy: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential markets, analyze trends, and develop data-driven market entry strategies to expand our presence and achieve a X% growth in market share within the first year. Retail Partnership Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners nationwide, negotiate mutually beneficial agreements, and align on shared business strategies. Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain regular communication with retail partners, address their needs promptly, and foster long-term relationships based on trust and transparency. Product Launch Execution: Plan and execute the introduction of new beauty products, including developing launch plans and coordinating with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely and successful launches. Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data, prepare detailed performance reports, and make data-driven recommendations to improve sales and profitability. Qualifications Must-Haves: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. At least 3 years of professional experience in sales, retail operations, or channel management. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace for data analysis, spreadsheet management, and report generation. Hybrid and Field Work: Willingness to work onsite (BGC, Taguig City), on field visits, and in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Nice-to-Haves: Experience in managing retail channels or key accounts with major chains such as Watsons or Robinsons.
