Through our Learning Products \& Insights (LPI) unit, we design meaningful learning experiences, develop intellectual property and learning products, generate actionable insights, and explore innovative approaches that enhance organizational growth and capability development. The Opportunity We are looking for a Learning Products \& Insights Trainee to join our regional team. Key Responsibilities Learning Design Support Assist in designing training modules, learning journeys, and workshop activities. Support the development of facilitator guides, learner materials, participant workbooks, and presentation decks. Help organize and structure learning content for clarity, engagement, and retention. Research \& Insights Conduct research on leadership, change management, organizational development, workplace learning, future skills, and emerging trends. Support the synthesis of research findings into practical frameworks, visual summaries, and learning resources. Assist in gathering participant feedback, programme insights, and impact data. Insights Production \& Thought Leadership Support the development of articles, white papers, research summaries, and thought leadership content. Assist in synthesizing complex information into practical insights, frameworks, visual explainers, and actionable recommendations. Contribute to ALVIGOR's internal knowledge repository and intellectual property development. Multimedia \& Content Creation Support the creation of learning and marketing content, including articles, videos, infographics, presentation materials, and digital resources. Assist in scripting, storyboarding, and content planning for learning campaigns and thought leadership initiatives. Work with team members to transform research and programme insights into engaging content for clients and the wider community. Learning Product Development Support the development of scalable learning products, toolkits, frameworks, templates, and resource libraries. Assist in organizing, documenting, and improving ALVIGOR's intellectual property and learning assets. Contribute ideas for new learning products, services, and innovation initiatives. AI \& Learning Innovation Explore and utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other productivity tools to support learning design and research. Contribute ideas for improving learning experiences through technology and innovation. Project Collaboration Work closely with consultants, trainers, and team members on client and internal projects. Participate in brainstorming sessions, project meetings, and learning product development initiatives. Qualifications Minimum secondary/high school education or equivalent. Fresh graduates, career starters, and individuals seeking to gain professional experience are encouraged to apply. Strong interest in learning, training, education, research, content development, communications, or organizational development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative, curious, and eager to learn. Comfortable using digital tools and collaborating in a remote work environment. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of assigned tasks. Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
