LinkedIn Lead Generation \& Appointment Setting Specialist Location: Philippines only Work Setup: Remote Role Type: Full-time Salary: ₱35,000 – ₱50,000 per month base \+ commission OTE: ₱70,000 – ₱100,000\+ per month for strong performers Company: SMP About The Role SMP is looking for a sharp, proactive LinkedIn Lead Generation \& Appointment Setting Specialist who knows how to turn warm LinkedIn interest into real sales conversations. This role is focused on working LinkedIn leads from people who have engaged with our content, asked for help, or shown interest in speaking with an expert. The opportunity is warm, but timing matters. Many prospects may have seen the same post or spoken to other providers, so we need someone who is fast, confident, thoughtful, and commercially minded. Your main focus will be starting and managing conversations through LinkedIn and email , following up with warm leads, re-engaging previous prospects, and booking qualified discovery calls for the sales team. There will also be some outbound and follow-up calls where appropriate. This is not a basic admin or copy-paste outreach role. We want someone who understands LinkedIn lead generation, can personalise messages, handle objections, and keep conversations moving without sounding pushy. Key Responsibilities Respond quickly to inbound LinkedIn enquiries and warm leads. Contact people who have asked for help, engaged with content, or shown interest in speaking with an expert. Build and manage conversations through LinkedIn, email, and occasional calls. Re-engage previous prospects and confidently retarget existing contacts. Follow up consistently with warm leads to maximise booked call conversion. Book qualified discovery calls for the sales team. Make outbound and follow-up calls to qualified prospects when appropriate. Keep CRM records, spreadsheets, notes, and lead statuses accurate and up to date. Log all activity clearly so the sales team has full visibility. Work closely with the sales team to maintain a clean, healthy, organised pipeline. Manage multiple conversations at once while ensuring no warm lead is missed. Move quickly without sacrificing quality or personalisation. What We’re Looking For Strong experience using LinkedIn for lead generation, appointment setting, or social selling. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Confidence starting conversations with business owners, decision-makers, and warm prospects. Experience with outbound email, follow-up sequences, and lead nurturing. Comfortable making outbound and follow-up calls. Strong organisation skills and attention to detail. Experience using CRM systems and spreadsheets to manage sales activity. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work without constant supervision. Strong sense of urgency when handling inbound or warm leads. Ability to personalise outreach rather than relying on generic templates. Comfortable handling objections and reviving conversations that have gone quiet. Communication Style We Value We are especially interested in candidates who understand consultative selling and conversational persuasion. Bonus points if you are familiar with Chris Voss , Never Split the Difference , or concepts such as tactical empathy, mirroring, labelling, calibrated questions, and getting prospects to feel understood rather than pressured. Chris Voss is known for applying FBI hostage negotiation experience to business communication and negotiation, with a strong focus on tactical empathy and active listening. We do not want aggressive, robotic, spam-style outreach. We want someone who can build trust, ask good questions, listen carefully, and guide prospects toward the next step. Desirable Experience Previous experience as a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist, Appointment Setter, SDR, BDR, or Business Development Executive. Experience booking calls for B2B services, agencies, consultants, or expert-led businesses. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Close, HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, or similar. Experience working in a digital marketing, advertising, or agency environment. Experience managing LinkedIn inboxes, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn outreach, or social selling campaigns. Experience reactivating old leads or following up with warm prospects. What Success Looks Like You will be successful in this role if you can respond quickly to warm leads, start meaningful conversations, follow up consistently, and turn LinkedIn interest into qualified booked calls. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks commercially, and understands that speed-to-lead matters. You should be able to manage a busy inbox, prioritise hot opportunities, and keep the sales team supplied with high-quality discovery calls. Compensation This role offers a competitive base salary plus performance-based commission. Base salary: ₱50,000 – ₱65,000 per month Commission: Paid on qualified discovery calls attended and closed client opportunities OTE: ₱70,000 – ₱100,000\+ per month for strong performers Commission is based on quality, not just volume. To qualify, booked calls must be relevant, attended, properly logged in the CRM, and accepted by the sales team as a genuine opportunity.
