We're looking for a Creative Project Manager who can take a fast-moving creative operation with a lot of people, projects, deadlines, and moving pieces... And make it run. We're Enclave BioActives the company behind Emma Relief , one of the fastest-growing gut health brands in the direct-to-consumer space. We've built a major DTC health & wellness business with a large customer base, thousands of positive reviews, and a significant performance marketing operation. And behind that growth? A lot of creative. We're producing and testing paid social ads, VSLs, AI-generated videos, new concepts, iterations, and creative variations at significant volume. Multiple projects moving through production at the same time. Someone needs to make sure all of those pieces actually connect. That's you. Your Job? Keep Creative Moving. What You'll Actually Be Doing You'll manage the day-to-day creative production pipeline across our brands. You'll coordinate projects across internal teams. You'll assign tasks, owners, deadlines, and priorities. You'll maintain clear visibility into every active creative project. You'll make sure briefs, scripts, source files, references, and other required assets are available before production begins. You'll track production status and proactively follow up on deliverables. You'll identify blockers before they impact deadlines. You'll coordinate review, feedback, QA, revisions, and final approvals. You'll make sure feedback reaches the right person quickly and clearly. You'll manage shifting priorities based on business and advertising needs. You'll keep project management systems accurate and up to date. You'll maintain organized creative files and version control. You'll help improve SOPs, workflows, turnaround times, and production efficiency. You're Probably a Fit If... You've managed creative production, advertising, marketing, eCommerce, or similar fast-moving projects, ideally you've managed creative production for DTC/eCommerce brands or inside a performance marketing or paid social team. You've managed high-volume ad production. You're exceptionally organized. You can manage many projects simultaneously without losing track of details. You're comfortable coordinating people across multiple functions. You understand deadlines and know when to push. You communicate clearly and concisely. You're proactive. You'll work remotely with our global creative team. Our team primarily operates during EST business hours, so you'll need to maintain strong availability and responsiveness during EST working hours. You'll also need a reliable internet connection and the ability to review and manage large video files efficiently.
