We are looking for a creative and reliable Multimedia Video Editor to support various video and digital media projects. The role is primarily focused on video editing and multimedia production, with occasional graphic and image editing. Scope of Work - Edit short-form and long-form videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut - Turn raw footage, voice-overs, scripts, and provided assets into polished videos - Add transitions, subtitles, captions, music, sound effects, overlays, and visual effects - Create engaging video pacing and maintain good visual storytelling - Edit and enhance audio, including basic noise reduction and volume balancing - Create simple motion graphics, animated text, titles, and lower thirds - Edit, retouch, remove backgrounds, resize, and manipulate images using Adobe Photoshop - Prepare graphics and other visual assets needed for video production - Source appropriate stock footage, images, music, sound effects, icons, and other media assets - Work with AI-powered image, video, voice, and multimedia tools when needed - Repurpose existing videos into different formats, dimensions, and lengths - Create content for 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1 formats - Follow provided references, branding, creative direction, and visual styles - Make revisions based on feedback - Properly organize project files, source assets, and final exports Required Skills - Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro - Strong working knowledge of CapCut - Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop - Strong sense of video pacing, timing, composition, and storytelling - Good eye for typography, layout, and visual design - Experience working with subtitles, music, sound effects, and voice-over - Good understanding of video resolutions, aspect ratios, codecs, and export settings - Ability to recreate or closely follow a provided video style/reference - Detail-oriented and able to spot visual, audio, timing, and formatting issues - Able to work independently and meet deadlines - Organized and responsive to feedback Preferred / Bonus Skills - Adobe After Effects - Adobe Illustrator - Motion graphics and animation - Color correction and grading - Audio editing and sound design - AI image and video generation - Canva - Experience creating social media, promotional, corporate, or educational videos What We're Looking For You don't need to know every multimedia tool. What matters most is that you have strong video editing fundamentals, a good creative eye, and the ability to learn quickly. We're looking for someone who can receive raw materials and creative direction and turn them into a polished video without requiring constant supervision. You should be reliable, resourceful, organized, receptive to feedback, and comfortable handling revisions.
