Position Overview The Project Manager is the operational backbone of the team, ensuring every client deliverable stays on time, on scope, and moving forward. You are the person who knows the status of every project, account, and contributor at any given moment. Working closely with a Growth Strategist, you own the delivery system that turns strategy into executed client work. At its core, this is a project management role where nothing gets dropped. Beyond strong organizational skills, you'll bring hands-on ecommerce knowledge and a working understanding of Shopify, Meta Ads, landing pages, and paid acquisition. This allows you to not only coordinate execution but also step in and complete operational tasks that help clients grow. You'll manage projects in Notion, coordinate specialists, ensure deliverables stay on schedule, and maintain clear communication with clients. You'll also expand your execution capabilities over time, becoming an increasingly valuable operator across multiple areas of the business. Location: Remote Reports To: Growth Strategist What You'll OwnDelivery & Project Management Own the team's project management system in Notion, ensuring every client deliverable, owner, status, and due date remains accurate and up to date. Translate the Growth Strategist's plans into actionable project timelines and tasks. Coordinate work across designers, editors, media buyers, copywriters, and other contributors to ensure deadlines are met. Manage production pipelines for each client, including creative requests, landing pages, email deliverables, and campaign launches. Ensure creative and email production keeps pace with each client's growth plan and advertising forecast. Identify project risks early and proactively resolve or escalate issues before they impact clients. Ecommerce Operations & Hands-On Execution Build landing pages and product detail pages (PDPs) using AI tools and no-code platforms. Launch and manage Meta advertising campaigns as directed by the Growth Strategist. Upload creative assets into Meta Ads Manager and maintain an organized creative pipeline. Coordinate UGC assets and ensure creative production stays ahead of campaign demand. Assist with Shopify updates, landing pages, campaign launches, and other ecommerce operational tasks. Continuously expand your technical capabilities to take ownership of more execution work over time. Client Communication Monitor assigned client Slack channels throughout the day and respond within company response-time standards. Communicate professionally, clearly, and proactively with clients. Ensure all client questions and outstanding items are addressed before the end of each day. Prepare project updates, deliverable tracking, and outstanding action items for bi-weekly client meetings. Escalate strategic, financial, or out-of-scope requests to the Growth Strategist while maintaining smooth communication around deliverables. Quality Control & Operations Review all deliverables against project briefs before they reach the Growth Strategist for approval. Maintain organized documentation, project records, and client information within Notion. Surface resource constraints or scheduling conflicts early to keep projects moving smoothly. Continuously improve workflows, SOPs, and operational processes using AI and automation where appropriate. Take ownership of problems by identifying solutions rather than simply escalating issues. What Success Looks Like Client deliverables are consistently completed on time without unexpected delays. Project timelines remain accurate, organized, and easy for the team to follow. Creative, email, and campaign production keeps pace with client growth plans. Notion serves as a reliable single source of truth for all projects and deliverables. Client questions are responded to promptly and fully resolved each day. Ecommerce builds, campaign launches, and operational tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Errors are identified and corrected before client review. Processes become more efficient over time through continuous improvement and AI adoption. Qualifications 2 + years of experience in project management, operations, account coordination, or ecommerce support, ideally within an agency or DTC ecommerce environment. Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. Hands-on experience supporting ecommerce brands using platforms such as Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, or similar marketing tools. Experience building landing pages, updating Shopify stores, launching advertising campaigns, or comparable operational work—or a demonstrated ability to learn quickly. Strong proficiency with Notion or similar project management platforms used as active operational systems. Experience coordinating multiple contributors across cross-functional teams. Excellent attention to detail with strong quality-control instincts. Professional written and verbal communication skills with experience managing client communications. Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Notion AI to improve execution, documentation, and workflows. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
