We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to lead day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns for our client portfolio - primarily dental practices. You'll own performance across paid search and paid social, with visibility into email and other digital channels, translating campaign data into insights that drive real business outcomes for our clients. Key Responsibilities ● Execute and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts: keyword research, bid management, budget pacing, ad copy testing, and ongoing performance monitoring ● Set up, QA, and refine campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, and other performance channels, ensuring every campaign is aligned to defined conversion KPIs ● Track performance against key metrics (ROI, ROAS, CPA, conversion volume, efficiency trends) and proactively surface insights and optimization opportunities ● Build clear, actionable performance reports that connect media activity to business outcomes - lead volume, cost efficiency, and conversion quality ● Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlines Requirements ● 5+ years of experience in performance or paid media marketing, with a focus on lower-funnel, conversion-driven campaigns - agency or performance-marketing background strongly preferred ● Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and AgencyAnalytics (or similar reporting tools) ● Strong analytical skills - comfortable digging into performance data and turning it into clear recommendations ● Understanding of how paid media performance connects to lead quality and pipeline/revenue outcomes ● Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns at once ● Strong communicator, able to work cross-functionally with account and creative teams ● Experience managing multi-brand or multi-client portfolios preferred Nice to Have ● Experience in healthcare, dental, or wellness marketing
