Position Overview We’re seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Organic Social Media \& Community Growth Manager to lead content, engagement, and creator growth across multiple consumer brands. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where strategy meets creativity — you’ll develop social calendars, manage daily posting, and grow active online communities through a mix of organic content, creator collaboration, and AI-enhanced media. You’ll also manage a Discord-based Creator Hub, recruit and coordinate affiliates, and help shape a thriving community where fans, creators, and products connect naturally. The ideal candidate is highly creative, organized, and fluent in digital trends, with a proven ability to turn ideas into measurable growth. Key Responsibilities Social Media Execution: Manage and post daily content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, and Lemon8 using a balance of real and AI-generated media aligned with platform trends. AI-Driven Content Creation: Use AI tools to generate videos, captions, and creative assets. Craft scroll-stopping hooks, scripts, and visuals optimized for performance. Community Growth: Build and manage a branded Discord server that connects creators, fans, and affiliates. Foster a sense of belonging, interaction, and contribution. Creator \& Affiliate Management: Recruit, onboard, and activate 40–60 creators or affiliates within 90 days. Provide content prompts, track results, and reward top performers. Content Repurposing: Convert video transcripts into blog posts and written content, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging across all channels. Weekly Insights \& Reporting: Prepare short weekly summaries featuring top-performing posts, learnings, and community highlights. Audience Engagement: Maintain active presence across platforms — replying to DMs, comments, and engaging in relevant communities under brand accounts. Social Commerce Oversight: Manage TikTok and Instagram Shops, ensuring products are correctly tagged and integrated into social content. Qualifications 3\+ years of social media management experience across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X Demonstrated success growing social media accounts organically (please share examples) Experience managing creator communities or Discord servers Strong understanding of video trends, hooks, and storytelling formats for short-form platforms Experience using AI tools such as Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, or CapCut AI Familiarity with ecommerce ecosystems (Shopify, Amazon, or affiliate-driven brands) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proactive mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Analytical approach to testing, iteration, and performance optimization Nice-to-Haves Background in affiliate or influencer marketing programs Working knowledge of performance tracking and content analytics Experience with video editing or creative direction for short-form content Pay: Php45,000\.00 - Php130,000\.00 per month Benefits Work from home Application Question(s): https://forms.gle/ce2tUoU6Ly3z82t86 - Please fill this form (If not clickable, Copy paste in new tab) Work Location: Remote
