We are expanding our global remote team and looking for an energetic, goal-oriented HR Recruiter based in the Philippines to drive our recruitment efforts forward. Job Summary As an HR Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of Canadian clients. You will source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates into temporary, contract, and permanent roles across North America. Complete professional fluency in English is required to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and clients daily. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, headhunt, screen, and interview candidates for multiple open positions using databases, job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter), and social media platforms. Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough phone and video interviews in English to accurately evaluate candidate technical skills, experience, and organizational fit. Client & Candidate Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, coordinating interview schedules and ensuring rapid, seamless communication throughout the hiring funnel. Onboarding & Prep: Prepare candidates for client interviews, manage background and reference checks, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process. Pipeline Building: Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pool to meet immediate and seasonal high-volume hiring demands. Data Integrity: Maintain precise, real-time records and placement pipelines within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Qualifications & Requirements Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills . Daily communication with Canadian candidates and clients will be in English. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience. Staffing agency or high-volume BPO recruitment background is highly preferred. Work Schedule: Must be willing and able to work the Graveyard / Night Shift (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EDT / 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PHT). Technical Setup: + Stable, high-speed home internet connection (at least 25–50 Mbps) with a backup option. + Quiet, dedicated home office space free from background noise. + Strong proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Google Workspace / MS Office.
