Position Customer Experience Executive (Full-time) Starting Salary PHP 40,000 – PHP 50,000 per month Work Arrangement Remote / Work From Home Working Hours 10am-6pm/ 11am-7pm PHT Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer support via live chat, email, phone calls, and messaging platforms. Respond promptly to customer enquiries, product questions, and order-related requests. Resolve customer issues professionally while ensuring a positive shopping experience. Escalate complex cases to the Store Manager when required. Assist customers before, during, and after their purchases. Support customer satisfaction across Magento, Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada stores. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions. Maintain and improve the AI chatbot knowledge base to ensure accurate and relevant customer support. Update FAQs, help articles, product information, and other support content to keep information current and consistent across all customer touchpoints. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in customer service, customer experience, retail, or e-commerce is preferred. Experience with Magento, Shopify, Shopee, or Lazada is an advantage. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are essential, as the role involves handling customer phone calls, live chat, and email support. Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a remote environment. Reliable high-speed internet connection is required, with a backup internet connection (e.g., secondary ISP) available at all times. Comfortable handling inbound and outbound customer phone calls in a professional and confident manner. Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
