The job responsibilities include everything related to quality assurance of the softwares in the ecosystem. Craft comprehensive test plans that ensure rigorous testing of our software products. Identify, document, and replicate reported issues for effective resolution. Collaborate with customer service to swiftly pinpoint bugs and enhance user experience. Update internal documentation consistently, ensuring it reflects the latest updates and changes. Report performance issues and work towards enhancing the overall user experience. Actively participate in company-led improvement programs and initiatives. Minimum Qualifications Graduate of any four year course; Excellent problem-solving skills; Strong analytical and planning skills; Detail oriented; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Familiar with using apps on mobile and web; Strong customer service orientation, assertiveness, and confidence. Openness to learn and adapt to new software testing methodologies, including automation testing with Appium.
