QUALIFICATION Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript . Full-stack development experience with React (front end) and NestJS or NodeJS (back end). Stronger back-end development experience is preferred, but applicants must be comfortable working across both front-end and back-end development. Experience building and maintaining high-load/high-traffic applications . Hands-on experience with Cloud environments and Kubernetes . Experience with RabbitMQ or similar message queue technologies. Experience working with large MySQL databases. Experience with the ELK Stack is an advantage. Practical experience using AI tools as part of the software development workflow. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills . Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Able to work independently, think proactively, and collaborate effectively within a small development team. Five (5)+ years of professional experience is preferred , but applicants with fewer years of experience will also be considered if they demonstrate strong technical ability, communication skills, sound judgement, and effective use of AI development tools. Role details: Two full-time positions. Philippine daytime hours, overlapping with Australian business hours.
