You will play a vital role in building a strong talent pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting hiring initiatives across multiple departments. Responsibilities Proactively contact applicants and prospective candidates through outbound outreach. Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, communication skills, and job fit. Explain available opportunities, hiring requirements, and recruitment timelines. Qualify candidates based on established hiring standards and recommend next steps. Coordinate interview scheduling with recruiters and hiring managers. Maintain detailed candidate records using the CRM and applicant tracking system. Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates. Meet daily recruitment, outreach, and interview booking performance goals. Complete additional talent acquisition projects and recruitment support tasks as assigned. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and customer service abilities. Reliable computer, smartphone, primary and backup internet connection, and stable electricity. Ability to manage multiple candidates while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment. Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, customer service, staffing, or sales is preferred but not required.
