• Full-Time Remote • Podcast Production Virtual Assistant • Podcast Production • Edit weekly podcast episodes into polished, professional content (target length: approximately 45 minutes) • Assemble complete podcast episodes, including interviews and current-events segments. • Improve audio and video quality where needed. • Add intros, outros, transitions, music, graphics, captions, and branding elements. • Export episodes in the required formats for publishing. • Short-Form Content Creation • Repurpose podcast episodes into engaging short-form clips. • Create vertical videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms. • Identify the most engaging moments from each episode. • Add captions, hooks, and attention-grabbing edits that improve viewer retention. • Podcast Distribution & Marketing • Upload and publish episodes to the podcast hosting platform. • Distribute content across multiple social media platforms. Schedule • and publish promotional content. • Pull compelling guest quotes and convert them into posts. • Optimize titles, descriptions, hashtags, thumbnails, and metadata for discoverability. • Ensure all content follows platform-specific content policies and restrictions. • Production Support • Help organize podcast production workflows. • Maintain project timelines and production schedules. • Assist with content planning and launch preparation. • Potentially assist with guest research, outreach, scheduling, and interview coordination as the podcast grows. • Candidates should have experience with most of the following: • Riverside.fm • Spotify for Podcasters (or similar podcast hosting platforms) • Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent editing software • Adobe Audition, Audacity, or similar audio editing software • Social media scheduling platforms.
