Full Job Description Lawyer Vince is looking for an Intake Specialist to be the first voice people hear when they call our firm. This role is not just answering phones. It's connecting with people on some of the worst days of their lives and making them feel heard, supported, and confident they called the right place. Applicants must speak fluent English and Spanish. This is a hard requirement. Many of our clients communicate best in Spanish, and we need someone who can build trust in both languages from the first hello. The right person thrives in conversation. You can read people fast, ask the right questions, and guide someone from "I don't know what to do" to "I'm in good hands." This position is fully remote. Responsibilities Handle inbound inquiries professionally in English and Spanish. Explain what Lawyer Vince Law Firm does and how we help in plain language that puts people at ease. Build rapport, ask smart questions, and move qualified potential clients forward smoothly. Keep accurate records of every interaction and assessment. Work closely with attorneys and staff so every new client has a seamless experience. Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written. Non-negotiable. A strong communicator who earns trust in the first sixty seconds. Someone who naturally guides conversations and makes sure people understand their options. Empathetic but persuasive. You make people feel supported while helping them take the next step. Experience in legal intake, client relations, or sales is a plus, not a requirement.
