The Role: Social Media Lead Scout As a remote SDR for our outbound social media team, you will engage potential clients on social media platforms (Facebook, Reddit, and others), provide helpful value, and convert interest into qualified leads. Your ultimate mission is to help clients who need funding by gathering basic details and safely routing them to our licensed experts for capital matching. You will work with our generated list of pre-qualified opportunities and use the proprietary tools we provide. The Power of Advanced AI Tools & Massive Coaching! You will never hunt alone! What You Will Do Concentrated Shifts: Operate in highly focused daily shifts (3 hours per day). These 3-hour blocks are highly attractive for remote workers and allow for maximum focus without burnout! Engage & Connect: Engage potential clients on social media platforms (Facebook, Reddit, etc.). Value-Driven Conversations: Start professional, value-driven conversations to build trust. Qualify & Handoff: Qualify interest, securely collect preliminary scenario details, and submit completed leads according to our internal process for a seamless handoff to our licensed advisors. Tool Utilization & Integrity: Use our proprietary AI tools and systems while operating with absolute integrity, maintaining strict adherence to all company guidelines. Requirements Based in the Philippines. Strong written English communication skills. Critical (!!!): Active social media accounts in good standing (e.g., Facebook, Reddit). Burner or new accounts are not accepted. Comfortable engaging people on social media platforms. Willing to follow a structured process and use company tools. Reliable computer and internet connection. Previous experience in lead generation, chat support, or customer service is a plus. Preferred: Basic knowledge of finance, lending products, or real estate (Finance students or those with related backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply).
