What You Will Do Strategic Sourcing & Category Management (Construction) : Executes sourcing strategies for assigned construction categories Contract Lifecycle and Compliance Management : Manages, negotiates, and prepares contracts for assigned categories, ensures contract compliance, and resolves contract-related issues and disputes Supplier Sourcing, Bidding & Accreditation : Initiates supplier sourcing, bidding, negotiations, and vendor accreditation for new and existing contractors and suppliers Data Analysis & Stakeholder Support : Gathers and analyzes internal and external data to identify opportunities for process improvements and provides procurement support to key stakeholders What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 to 4 years of working experience in procurement or purchasing with relevant exposure in commercial contracting and negotiations Licensed Civil or Mechanical Engineer preferred, but not required Effective communicator and negotiator with strong critical thinking skills Great attention to details and has experience on contract management Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, charts, and macros Preferably knowledgeable in SAP – Vendor Management, Procurement Modules Who you will work with: Be part of a dynamic team that delivers cost-effective, high-quality, and compliant solutions for projects.
