The Opportunity We're hiring a Paid Social Assistant (Meta) to join a performance marketing agency managing paid media programs across a growing portfolio of client accounts — owning hands-on execution in Meta Ads Manager, monitoring spend pacing daily, running creative tests, and supporting the media team with data pulls and reporting, with a clear path to taking on additional client accounts, owning a full media program end to end, and driving optimization recommendations that free the core team for higher-level strategy and client relationships. What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like Campaign Building: Build paid social campaigns, ad sets, and ad assets in Meta across multiple client accounts Spend Pacing & Optimization: Monitor spend pacing daily, execute in-platform account optimizations, and keep campaigns healthy against performance targets Creative Testing: Run A/B and sandbox creative tests to surface performance-driven insights Reporting: Pull campaign data, build and maintain reports in Excel/Google Sheets, and surface insights to the media team Catalog & DPA Management: Manage catalogs and dynamic product ads to support campaign performance goals What You Bring Meta Ads Expertise: Hands-on experience building campaigns, ad sets, and ad assets in Meta Ads Manager Spend Pacing & Performance Optimization: Proven ability to monitor daily spend pacing and optimize campaigns toward performance targets Creative Testing Frameworks: Working knowledge of A/B and sandbox testing methodologies Catalog & DPA Experience: Experience managing catalogs and dynamic product ads in Meta Excel & Sheets Fluency: Proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic formulas for reporting builds Detail-Oriented & Proactive: Strong attention to detail with a self-starter working style Bonus Points if: You have Amazon DSP experience You come from an agency background supporting multiple client accounts simultaneously Sign-on Bonus: $300 bonus upon successful completion of the first 90 days of employment What We Offer At GrowthAssistant, you aren't just joining a company; you're joining a movement to redefine how the world's best brands scale.
