Key Responsibilities · Lead the acquisition and management of all national and local permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals throughout the project lifecycle. · Coordinate with government agencies such as the Department of Energy (DOE), Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP), Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Bureau of Customs (BOC), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Local Government Units (LGUs), and other relevant regulatory bodies. · Monitor regulatory developments, policy updates, and compliance requirements that may impact project timelines and execution. · Provide strategic guidance to project development and technical teams on permitting requirements, regulatory risks, and compliance strategies. · Develop and improve permitting systems, processes, and compliance monitoring tools to enhance operational efficiency. · Prepare and review letters, technical justifications, position papers, and regulatory submissions. · Support due diligence activities, regulatory audits, inspections, and project transactions. Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and external stakeholders Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Legal Management, Public Administration, or a related field. · At least 5 years of relevant experience in permitting, regulatory compliance, or project development, preferably within the renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or real estate industries. · Strong working knowledge of Philippine regulatory processes and permitting requirements. · Experience coordinating with government agencies such as DOE, ERC, DENR, NGCP, DAR, NCIP, LGUs, and other regulatory bodies. · Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills. · Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities. · Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously is highly preferred.
