About Restauboost Restauboost helps restaurants improve and manage their performance across food delivery platforms. We support our partners with menu optimisation, promotions, pricing, visual content, reporting and day-to-day operational monitoring. We are looking for a reliable and highly organised Junior Account Manager to support our account management team and ensure the smooth daily operation of our restaurant partners. Key Responsibilities Menu Management Create and update restaurant menus across food delivery platforms. Add and improve product names, descriptions, prices and photos. Check that menus are accurate, complete and correctly displayed. Identify missing, outdated or inconsistent information. Coordinate corrections with the Account Manager. Promotion Management Set up promotional campaigns on food delivery platforms. Activate, update and deactivate promotions according to the agreed schedule. Verify that promotions are displayed correctly. Monitor promotion start and end dates to avoid errors or unauthorised extensions. Report any technical or operational issue to the Account Manager. Partner Account Monitoring Monitor the daily operation of our restaurant partners across delivery platforms. Check that stores, menus, products and promotions are active and functioning correctly. Identify issues such as unavailable stores, missing products, incorrect prices or inactive promotions. Escalate urgent problems quickly to the Account Manager. Follow up on requested changes until they are completed. Reporting and Administration Update operational reports and account information in Google Sheets. Maintain accurate and well-organised records for each partner. Track completed actions, pending requests and identified issues. Prepare clear updates for the Account Manager. Follow internal processes and meet agreed deadlines. Candidate Profile Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage several tasks and partner accounts simultaneously. Comfortable following processes and completing recurring operational tasks. Good working knowledge of Google Sheets. English communication level between B1 and B2. Able to work independently in a fully remote environment. Proactive, reliable and comfortable reporting issues quickly. Previous experience in administration, operations, account support, food delivery or restaurant management is an advantage but not mandatory. Training on our internal processes and food delivery platforms will be provided.
