Finance \& Controlling Specialist (m/f/d) Location: Philippines (100% Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 07:00 – 16:00 (German Time) Salary: €800 per month (Full-Time) Start Date: By Agreement About Us IBISCH GmbH is a growing service company serving clients in industrial services, manufacturing, food production, and facility services. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a structured and detail-oriented professional with a strong affinity for numbers to join our Finance \& Controlling department. Your Responsibilities Review, allocate, and document incoming invoices Create, verify, and document outgoing invoices Allocate receipts, invoices, and payments across multiple legal entities Monitor payment deadlines, due dates, and outstanding receivables Track incoming payments and manage reminder lists Perform cost analysis and post-calculation of customer orders, projects, and services Review and reconcile working hours, service records, and billing data Prepare reports, KPIs, and management analyses Maintain and further develop Excel-based reporting tools Support the digitalization and optimization of commercial and financial processes Prepare documentation for tax advisors and external partners Your Profile Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Accounting, Finance, or Controlling Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Structured, accurate, and self-driven working style High level of responsibility and strong analytical skills Good English communication skills (written and spoken) – mandatory Experience with ERP, accounting, or controlling systems is an advantage What We Offer €800 per month (Full-Time) 100% remote work Long-term collaboration Direct cooperation with company management Modern digital work environment Clear responsibilities and short decision-making processes Career development opportunities in Finance \& Controlling Particularly Important We are not looking for a simple data entry clerk.
