Contract / Project-Based | Remote | Seafair Cruises LLC Rate: Php 200 - 300/hour About The Role We're looking for detail-oriented Scoring Analysts to support the Platform Charter Compliance Study (PCCS), a research initiative evaluating charter boat listings across major marketplaces — Boatsetter, Sailo, and GetMyBoat — within designated U.S. Coast Guard sectors. Building on the archived listing records collected by our Archivers, Scoring Analysts assess each record against the study's compliance criteria and assign the appropriate scores and flags. This role requires strong analytical judgment and prior hands-on experience using Claude, since the work is done through a guided, human-supervised workflow rather than a fixed checklist. What You'll Do Review archived listing records (data, photos, disclosures) against the study's compliance and scoring criteria Assign accurate scores/ratings per listing based on the defined scoring rubric Identify patterns across listings (e.g., inconsistent disclosures, missing safety/registration details) and document them in your notes Cross-check scoring against the chain-of-custody records and archived evidence for each listing Escalate ambiguous, borderline, or potentially non-compliant listings for further review Maintain clear, well-organized documentation of your reasoning for each score assigned What We're Looking For Prior hands-on experience using Claude is a must. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills; comfort making judgment calls within a defined framework High attention to detail and consistency when applying scoring criteria across many listings Clear, structured written communication Basic comfort with spreadsheet tools (Excel or similar) Ability to work independently while strictly following the study's supervised methodology No prior scoring/compliance experience required Compensation & Engagement Rate: Php 200 - 300 per hour Engagement type: Contract / project-based (not full-time employment) Location: Remote Schedule Flexible, coordinated around sector assignments and deadlines Application Process Application review - initial screening of your application Assessment exercise - a short, unpaid exercise where you score a small set of sample listings using the provided rubric and Claude-guided workflow Review and feedback - our team reviews your submission and follows up with the outcome Offer and onboarding - successful candidates receive a freelance agreement and are onboarded with full access to project tools and materials Tools You'll Use Claude (for guided, supervised scoring workflow) Archived listing records and chain-of-custody logs from the Archiver team A shared drive and tracking sheet for submitting and logging your work Interested candidates should apply with a brief note on their availability and any relevant experience, if applicable.
