Job Description

Responsibilities • Own the end-to-end Meta advertising process, from strategy through optimization and reporting. • Plan, build, launch, and scale Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions. • Develop campaign structures, audience targeting, budget allocation, and testing strategies. • Create or collaborate on high-performing ad creatives, copy, and messaging. • Build and optimize landing pages that improve conversion rates. • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data. • Produce detailed performance reports and provide strategic recommendations for growth. Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on Meta advertising experience with proven results. • Demonstrated success managing lead generation campaigns across multiple industries. • Experience managing the entire advertising funnel, including campaign strategy, creative development, copywriting, landing pages, testing, optimization, and reporting. • Strong copywriting skills. • Experience creating or directing ad creatives that drive conversions. • Highly analytical with experience using data to improve campaign performance. • Independent Contractor Perks • Permanent work from home • Immediate hiring • Health Insurance Coverage for eligible locations • Please click the "Apply" button to complete your application, including the assessment questions, technical check, and voice recording.
