We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our growing recruitment team. This role is ideal for a highly driven recruiter with extensive experience in end-to-end technology recruitment and a proven track record of hiring for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) clients. You will partner closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and stakeholders to attract and hire top technology talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle , from job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, workforce planning, and recruitment strategies. Source, engage, and attract top technology professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and social media. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche and hard-to-fill technology positions. Conduct recruiter screenings to evaluate candidates' technical background, communication skills, motivation, and cultural fit. Coordinate interview schedules and manage the recruitment process with candidates and hiring managers. Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends to stakeholders. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Maintain accurate recruitment data, ATS records, and recruitment reports. Meet hiring KPIs, SLAs, and recruitment targets while maintaining quality of hire. Participate in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. Continuously improve recruitment processes and sourcing strategies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field. 5-10 years of end-to-end recruitment experience , with a strong focus on Technology Hiring . Proven experience hiring for BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) clients. Experience recruiting for roles such as: Software Engineers (Java, .NET, Full Stack, Frontend, Backend), Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data & AI, Finance and Accounting Strong sourcing expertise using: LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Foundit, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, Other sourcing platforms Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, SLAs, and hiring best practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting APAC hiring, particularly the Philippines and Singapore markets. Experience recruiting for Global Capability Centers (GCC), Shared Services, Consulting, or IT Services organizations. Knowledge of recruitment analytics and talent market mapping. Experience with AI-powered sourcing and recruitment technologies.
