We are looking for a highly motivated AI Product Prototyper \& Knowledge System Specialist to work directly with an ex-Atlassian founder and family-business CEO based in Australia. We are looking for the following specific requirements Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; equivalent experience and demonstrated capability are highly valued Experience working with no-code or low-code platforms, web applications, or digital product development environments Strong research, analysis, and information synthesis skills Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Ability to learn new technologies, tools, and workflows quickly Experience organizing projects, documentation, or knowledge management systems Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to continuously learn emerging technologies Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Transform ideas and concepts into structured product briefs and actionable plans Build and iterate clickable prototypes using no-code tools and AI-powered platforms Continuously improve product prototypes through multiple rounds of feedback and refinement Organize and maintain structured information behind product screens and workflows Conduct market, competitor, and industry research Synthesize research findings into clear, concise, and actionable reports Manage and maintain Notion as the company's central knowledge repository Learn, test, and implement AI tools, workflows, and automation solutions Identify opportunities to improve efficiency using AI and no-code technologies Support project coordination activities and maintain project visibility Track tasks, deliverables, and progress using project management systems Keep project documentation accurate, organized, and up to date Ensure the founder has access to clear information and organized project context Collaborate closely with the founder to support product development initiatives and strategic priorities Pay: From Php100,000\.00 per hour Benefits Additional leave Company Christmas gift Company events Health insurance Opportunities for promotion Pay raise Work from home Application Question(s): Years of experience working as a Freelancer or as a Virtual Assistant (DO NOT include any time spent working from home due to the pandemic if your role was originally office-based.)
