Job Responsibilities Recruitment and Onboarding Support recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, candidate endorsements, background checks, and onboarding, while maintaining accurate recruitment records and providing administrative support throughout the hiring process. Coordinate with new hires regarding the submission, completion, and monitoring of pre-employment requirements to ensure timely onboarding and compliance with company and client requirements. Records Retention, Compliance, and Administrative Functions Assist in maintaining accurate, secure, and confidential HR records and employee data while ensuring proper documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with applicable employment laws, labor regulations, company policies, and audit requirements. Timekeeping & Attendance Assist in monitoring employee and contractor attendance, maintaining accurate timekeeping records, and preparing attendance reports to support timely and accurate payroll processing. Assist in the administration and maintenance of Zoho systems by updating employee records, monitoring attendance data, tracking HR-related activities, and supporting the efficient execution of HR processes and operations. Compensation & Benefits Administration Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including the processing of enrollments, updates, and related documentation. Provide support in addressing employee inquiries regarding benefits, claims, and HR policies, and escalate concerns to the appropriate HR personnel when necessary. Performance Management Assist in the administration of performance management processes by coordinating evaluation schedules, maintaining performance records, and providing administrative support to employees and managers. Work Schedule & Setup Remote, Philippines-based candidates only Stable internet connection and quiet home workspace With own equipment and accessories Monday-Friday; Day shift Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. At least 5–8 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar human resources role. Demonstrated knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits, Timekeeping, HR Systems and HR administration. Proven ability to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, maintaining positive and productive relationships with supervisors and colleagues. Can start immediately.
