About The Role We are looking for a highly skilled AI Specialist to help build AI-powered systems, digital assets, and automations for our coaching business and our clients. This is more than a prompt engineering role. We're looking for someone who can strategically implement AI tools, streamline workflows, build client assets, and continuously identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve productivity, marketing, and client outcomes. You will also play a key role in training our Virtual Assistant team to become more AI-enabled and efficient. Key Responsibilities Build and implement AI-powered workflows using Claude and other leading AI tools. Create reusable AI assets, templates, prompts, SOPs, and systems for internal use and coaching clients. Design and automate business processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work. Develop marketing assets using AI, including: Sales pages Lead magnets Email campaigns Social media content Blogs and articles Presentation decks Client resources Build and optimize websites using AI-assisted tools and modern website builders. Create AI-driven content strategies and content production systems. Research emerging AI tools and recommend new solutions that improve client results. Deliver weekly AI training sessions for the VA team, helping them use AI more effectively in client work. Document processes and create easy-to-follow SOPs for AI workflows. Collaborate with leadership to identify automation opportunities across the business. Requirements 3+ years of experience working with AI tools, automation, or digital operations. Strong experience with Claude (required). Experience with ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or other leading AI platforms. Experience building AI workflows and automations. Knowledge of automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n. Experience creating marketing assets using AI. Website development experience using platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, Framer, or similar. Excellent prompt engineering skills. Strong copywriting and content creation abilities. Ability to simplify complex AI concepts and train team members. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Highly proactive, innovative, and passionate about emerging AI technologies. Bonus Skills Experience with AI agents and custom GPTs. API integrations. Knowledge of no-code/low-code automation tools. Graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Video editing using AI tools. SEO and digital marketing experience. Experience working with coaching, consulting, or agency businesses.
