This is not a high-volume cold-calling position. Success in this role comes from thoughtful research, identifying the right opportunities, and engaging key decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Research companies currently utilizing third-party contact centers, customer experience providers, and BPO services. Identify and profile key decision-makers, including: VP of Customer Experience VP of Customer Service Director of Customer Care Chief Operating Officer (COO) Contact Center and Operations Executives Build and maintain targeted prospect databases using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, company websites, and other research platforms. Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and telephone to generate interest and secure meetings. Schedule qualified discovery calls and meetings for the executive leadership team. Maintain accurate CRM records, including activities, notes, and prospect status updates. Research competitors and identify organizations currently using outsourced customer support providers. Monitor funding announcements, mergers and acquisitions, leadership changes, expansions, and other business events that may create outsourcing opportunities. Continuously identify new prospecting strategies and market opportunities. Qualifications \& Experience Required Previous experience working within or supporting the BPO, contact center, customer experience, or outsourcing industry. Experience in lead generation, business development, sales development, inside sales, or account development. Strong research and prospecting skills with the ability to uncover opportunities through multiple data sources. Experience identifying and engaging executive-level decision-makers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Existing knowledge of the global outsourcing and customer experience industry. Experience generating leads for customer service, technical support, chat, email, back-office, or contact center solutions. Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools. · Existing professional network within the BPO or customer experience sector.
