In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of driven individuals dedicated to making a difference in the industry. 1 / Training Manager Key Responsibilities Drive performance and talent development for Training Leads and Trainers within assigned programs. Analyze and identify processes variations between APEC and Global systems. Develop and implement strategies for rolling out new processes. Design and deliver training programs for teams to adapt to new processes. Evaluate existing reporting mechanisms and identify areas for improvement. Implement enhancements to reporting processes to align with APEC and Global standards. Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Proficiency in project management and change management methodologies. Proven experience in process analysis, improvement, and implementation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Possess strong analytical skills, process mapping expertise, proficiency in process improvement methodologies (such as Lean or Six Sigma), and the ability to communicate findings and recommendations effectively. Must possess strategic thinking, leadership, project management, change management, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of business operations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and international exposure is required. 2 / Senior Training Specialist Key Responsibilities 1. Creates and executes the strategy and delivery plan for the development of high potential employees. 2. Supports the organization's Talent Review, Succession Planning and Continuous Development by developing programs that address competency gaps. 3. Evaluates, and monitors the performance and quality standards of employees. 4. Tracks course feedback for relevance and impact. Makes recommendations to Manager on changes to existing programs or development of new courses. 5. Collaborates and coordinates with other training department staff or external resources to conduct training on specific subject matters. 6. Interacts with Leaders throughout the organization to assess impact and needs. 7. Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's Degree preferred. 2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 3. Experience in developing policies, process documentation, training and communication materials. 4. Extensive knowledge of analyzing training needs and implementing performance gap analysis. 5. Strong facilitation skills using Adult Learning Theories. 6. Strong computer and software skills. 7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market. 3 / Training Specialist Key Responsibilities Develop and implement training policies, procedures, and programs. Design and develop relevant training modules based on individual, departmental, /company needs. Develop, deliver and assess in-house training programs. Evaluate the effectiveness of training modules in line with the strategic plan to enhance capabilities and develop talents. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs and provide recommendations for improvement Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop programs to improve existing staff performance. Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred. At least 2 years related experience. Experience with curriculum development and course material review management Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills Competent in e-content and design development, Excellent presentation skills and training delivery, with knowledge of various training methodologies Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market.
