Interior Designer Architect (Work From Home) About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Interior Designer Architect to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong technical drafting expertise, experience in commercial and healthcare interior projects, and proficiency in industry-standard design software. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and project teams to produce high-quality design documentation, construction drawings, and 3D visualizations while ensuring compliance with Australian building standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare comprehensive construction documentation for commercial and healthcare interior projects. Develop accurate and detailed interior construction and joinery drawings in accordance with industry standards. Produce technical drawings and documentation using Revit, ArchiCAD, and AutoCAD . Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts. Ensure all drawings and documentation comply with Australian building codes, regulations, and construction standards . Collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, and project teams throughout the design and documentation process. Recommend suitable materials, finishes, fixtures, and space-planning solutions that meet project requirements. Review and maintain the accuracy and quality of project documentation. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field . Proven experience in interior design, architectural drafting, and construction documentation. Advanced proficiency in Revit, ArchiCAD, and AutoCAD . Strong experience preparing construction drawings and detailed joinery drawings . Knowledge of Australian building codes and construction standards is highly preferred. Strong 3D rendering and visualization skills. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on Australian residential, commercial, or healthcare projects . Familiarity with Australian documentation standards and project workflows. Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary design and engineering teams.
