Key Responsibilities • Perform quantity surveying and estimation work for US residential construction projects • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies • Support tendering, bidding, and pricing strategies • Review subcontractor and supplier quotations • Identify cost risks, variations, and value engineering opportunities • Collaborate remotely with US-based project teams • Maintain cost databases and benchmarking data • Key Requirements • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in US or UK construction projects, preferably in residential • Strong expertise in quantity surveying functions • Solid understanding of US construction methods, documentation, and commercial practices • Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications • Proficiency in QS tools • Strong analytical and commercial acumen • Ability to work independently in a remote contractor setup
