Department Magnolia-Lease Management Employee Type Probationary The Assistant Lease Manager is responsible for supporting the overall lease strategies of the mall and maximizing its occupancy. He/she scouts for possible businesses/partners who will lease spaces in the mall. He/she also maintains good relations with the current partners and proposes ways to increase sales. Qualifications Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, preferably, Business Administration or any equivalent course. Candidate with leasing experience will have advantage.
