Modularity Home Inc. | Makati City Modularity Home is looking for a creative, digital-native Social Media Manager with a strong eye for aesthetics and a natural feel for social media. We want someone who understands what makes people stop, watch, save and share - and who can translate premium Italian design into content that feels sophisticated, current and relevant. Social media and technology move quickly. You should enjoy learning new platforms, AI tools, editing apps and content formats, and constantly look for smarter and faster ways to create great work. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Manage Modularity Home's social media channels and day-to-day content. Develop and execute the social media content calendar. Create and conceptualize Reels, Stories, posts and short-form video. Turn our showrooms, installations, beautiful homes, products, events and collaborations into engaging content. Cover events and activities and identify multiple content opportunities from each one. Work with the Marketing Manager on campaigns, launches and collaborations. Create content involving architects, designers, VIP clients, influencers, celebrities and brand partners. Write captions and develop content concepts consistent with our brands. Monitor performance and continuously improve reach, engagement, inquiries and leads. Stay ahead of social trends, new platforms, AI tools and creative apps. Experiment with new technology to make content creation faster and better. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Naturally good at social media - you understand the platforms beyond simply knowing how to post. Strong visual taste and a good eye for photography, video, composition and design. Comfortable shooting and creating content yourself. Familiar with Reels, short-form video, editing and content creation tools. Highly adaptable with technology and excited to learn AI and emerging creative tools. Creative, curious and proactive - you bring ideas instead of waiting to be told what to post. Understands the difference between content that gets attention and content that fits a premium brand. Organized enough to consistently execute a content calendar. Strong communication and writing skills. Experience in luxury, interiors, architecture, furniture, fashion, beauty, hospitality or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.
