Troscriptions is looking for a Media Assistant / Creative Operator to support our growing content, design, and media operations. This is a remote role for someone who can move across creative execution and project support — helping with graphics, video editing, content formatting, asset organization, and making sure media projects keep moving from brief to delivery. We’re looking for someone who can help with: Social graphics, carousels, and brand assets Short-form video editing and content repurposing Long-form video / podcast editing support Organizing creative files, briefs, and deliverables Supporting content calendars and media workflows Creating and updating tasks in Jira Coordinating with the internal team Managing small creative projects from brief to delivery Working quickly, carefully, and with good attention to detail This role is best for someone early-to-mid in their creative/media career who wants exposure across design, content, video, and project coordination. We’re not looking for a purely “design-only” person. We need someone who can think, execute, communicate clearly, ask smart questions, and help keep the media machine running. Tools we use include Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Descript, Jira, Google Drive, and social scheduling / content management tools. Experience with social media content, eCommerce brands, brand systems, video editing, or health/performance/science-backed products is a plus. Remote role. Preferably based in the Philippines, but open to the right person.
