Company: Skyray Ventures Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Location: Remote Working Hours: Flexible, with availability during EST hours About The Role Skyray Ventures is looking for a Sales CRM Specialist to help manage our CRM and support our sales team. You will help keep leads organized, manage sales pipelines, update CRM records, and improve the way our sales team uses the CRM. You don't need to be an expert in one specific CRM. If you have hands-on experience with Close, HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Zoho, or a similar CRM, we would like to hear from you. What You Will Do Manage and update CRM records. Organize leads and customer information. Manage sales pipelines and lead stages. Set up and manage CRM workflows and automations. Track lead and sales activity. Create basic sales reports. Help the sales team keep CRM information up to date. Identify and fix basic CRM issues. Improve CRM processes and sales workflows. Support the sales team with day-to-day CRM tasks. Requirements Experience using a CRM system. Experience working with leads or sales pipelines. Basic understanding of sales processes. Good computer and organizational skills. Good English communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Willingness to learn new CRM tools. CRM Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: Close CRM HubSpot Salesforce GoHighLevel Zoho Other CRM platforms Close CRM experience is preferred, but candidates with strong experience in another CRM are welcome to apply.
