Job Title: AI Training & Data Labelling Assistant (Temporary Contract) Location: Remote Role Type: Temporary Contract (Up to 8 Weeks) Who Are We? About The Role This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the development of real-world artificial intelligence. Working within our internal platform, you'll review AI-generated security camera events and determine whether each event represents genuine tailgating or legitimate member access. Your decisions will become part of the training data used to continuously improve the accuracy of our computer vision models. This is not a customer service or administration role. It is a focused analytical position that requires exceptional attention to detail, consistency, and sound judgement. No previous AI or machine learning experience is required—full training will be provided. Review AI-generated security events throughout the day Analyse sequences of security camera images from member entry events Determine whether each event represents tailgating or legitimate member access Assign confidence levels to each decision Record notes where additional context is helpful Flag unusual or uncertain events for internal review Apply labelling guidelines consistently across every event Help create accurate datasets used to train and improve AI models Maintain confidentiality when accessing security footage and operational systems Training & Support You'll receive comprehensive onboarding before commencing, including: Training on our internal AI platform A detailed labelling guide Examples of common and complex scenarios Ongoing feedback to ensure consistency and accuracy Support from the internal team for difficult or uncertain cases Requirements Excellent spoken and written English Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Patient, methodical, and highly consistent in decision-making Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply them consistently Comfortable performing repetitive analytical tasks while maintaining high accuracy Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information responsibly Quick learner who is comfortable using new software and internal platforms Strong observational and critical thinking skills Reliable internet connection Personal laptop or desktop suitable for the role Quiet workspace suitable for focused work Experience in any of the following is advantageous: Data entry Administration Quality assurance Security monitoring Operations Analytical or research-based roles Benefits Full training provided Opportunity to contribute to real-world artificial intelligence systems Work with cutting-edge computer vision technology Flexible remote working arrangement Supportive team and structured onboarding Valuable experience in AI data annotation and machine learning Potential opportunities for future contract extensions or additional AI projects based on performance
