Led by an experienced Australian-graduated Civil/Structural Engineer, licensed Building Inspector, and licensed Builder, they boast over a decade of proven expertise and a strong reputation for reliability and excellence. They don't just build houses – they build trust and lasting relationships. We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join their team and help tell their story. This is a part-time, remote role for 20 hours per week. The Role: As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that elevate brand awareness and engagement. Your key responsibilities will include: \ Developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies tailored to our client's brand values. \ Creating compelling and engaging content (text, image, and video) for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. \ Managing social media communities, responding to comments, and fostering positive interactions. \ Monitoring social media trends, tools, and applications to ensure our client stays ahead of the curve. \ Analyzing social media performance data, generating reports, and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. \ Collaborating closely with the client on content ideas, campaign planning, and brand messaging. \ Ensuring consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all social media channels. What You'll Bring: We're looking for someone with a passion for social media and a proven track record of success. \ Proven experience as a Social Media Manager is essential, with a strong online portfolio of your work. \ Excellent understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices. \ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. \ A creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and visually appealing content. \ Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, managing your time effectively. \ Familiarity with the building, real estate, or home services industry is a significant advantage. \ A reliable internet connection and a dedicated, conducive home office environment.
