About Bama Home Buyer Bama Home Buyer is a US real estate investment company based in Birmingham, Alabama. We find, renovate, and sell or finance homes. We are building a remote acquisitions team and need a sharp, high-energy cold caller to be the first voice homeowners hear. The Role You will call homeowners from our targeted lists (probate, pre-foreclosure, tax-delinquent, and absentee or out-of-state owners in the Birmingham area), find the ones who may want to sell, and hand warm, motivated sellers to our acquisitions manager. You are not closing deals. You are starting conversations, qualifying motivation, and booking the next step. What You Will Do Every Day - Make 150+ outbound dials per day using our dialer and CRM. - Follow our calling cadence (a fixed 3-day cycle) and our scripts. - Qualify sellers on four things: reason for selling, timeline, property condition, and price expectation. - Log every call outcome with the correct disposition in the CRM. - Send follow-up texts after voicemails using our templates. - Escalate any motivated or interested seller to the acquisitions manager right away. What We Are Looking For - Fluent, clear English with a neutral accent. Homeowners must understand you easily. - Prior cold-calling, outbound, or appointment-setting experience. US real estate is a strong plus. - A reliable high-speed internet connection and a backup plan if it goes down. - A quiet, professional calling environment and a good headset. - Thick skin, consistency, and a coachable attitude. You will hear no a lot and keep going. - Comfort with dialers and CRMs. You follow scripts and SOPs exactly. Schedule Full-time, Monday to Friday, aligned to US Central Time business hours (Birmingham, Alabama). You must be able to work a consistent daily overlap with US business hours. Compensation Competitive monthly base plus performance bonuses for qualified appointments set. Paid on time every month. What We Provide Dialer, CRM access, lists, scripts, SOPs, and full onboarding.
