We’re a well-established UK recruitment agency looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our team remotely from the Philippines. This is not a general VA role. We are looking for someone who already understands recruitment and enjoys sourcing candidates for difficult, fast-moving vacancies. Our desk has been built over the last 14 years and supports long-standing UK engineering and construction clients. We work on high-volume, skilled trades roles, and our clients expect us to deliver quality candidates every day. Typical roles include: \ Pipe Welders \ Fabricator Welders \ Mechanical Fitters \ Pipefitters \ Riggers \ Electricians \ Other engineering and construction trades Essential Requirements ✔️ Minimum 2 years’ recruitment resourcing experience ✔️ Previous experience supporting a UK recruitment agency is highly preferred ✔️ Excellent spoken and written English ✔️ Confident speaking with candidates over the phone ✔️ Strong LinkedIn and CV sourcing skills ✔️ Able to work independently and manage priorities in a busy environment ✔️ Reliable internet connection and suitable home office Your Responsibilities \ Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn and databases \ Contact and screen candidates \ Build talent pipelines \ Match candidates to live vacancies \ Maintain our CRM with accurate candidate records \ Support our UK consultants with daily recruitment activity \ Help fill urgent engineering and construction vacancies Salary US$1,000–$1,400 per month depending on experience.
