Job Title: Digital Media Specialist / Content Writer Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic, versatile Digital Media Specialist / Content Writer who can bridge the gap between creative storytelling and strategic distribution. In this role, you won't just write great copy—you will own the lifecycle of that content across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a wordsmith who understands how to tailor messages for different audiences, possesses hands-on experience managing and scheduling social media posts, and knows how to execute paid boosting strategies to maximize reach and engagement. Key Responsibilities 1\. Content Creation \& Copywriting Write high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content including blog posts, articles, email newsletters, and website copy. Craft compelling, platform-specific social media copy (captions, hooks, and scripts) that aligns with our brand voice. Create graphic designers and videos to brainstorm and conceptualize visual assets. 2\. Social Media Management \& Posting Manage, curate, and maintain the publishing calendar across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter). Schedule and publish daily posts using native platform tools. Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, brand-consistent manner. 3\. Paid Boosting \& Optimization Set up, execute, and monitor paid "boosted" posts and ad campaigns across Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads. Define and optimize target audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviors to ensure maximum ROI. Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CTR, engagement, reach, conversions) to refine future content and paid strategies. Qualifications \& Skills Experience: 2–4 years of experience in content writing, social media management, or digital marketing. Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of the algorithms, best practices, and formatting requirements for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Technical Knowledge: Proven experience using Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics. Writing Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to write engaging short-form (social media) and long-form (blogs/articles) content. Tools: Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, basic design tools (like Canva), and SEO tools (like SEMrush or Ahrefs) is a major plus.
