Parts Interpreter Day Shift, Remote (Philippines) Cruise Control Group is seeking a Parts Interpreter who is confident interpreting and ordering parts for internal customers, handling phone enquiries, and delivering excellent customer service across the counter and between branches. About the Client Our client is an established automotive dealership group, supporting its Service, Pre-Delivery, and Warehouse departments with accurate, timely parts supply. About The Role The Parts Interpreter is responsible for ensuring internal customers are supplied with the correct parts in a timely manner. The role involves interpreting and ordering parts requested by technicians, handling phone enquiries, and providing excellent customer service at the counter and between branches. The position supports the Service, Pre-Delivery, and Warehouse departments while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Interpreting and ordering parts requested by technicians. Answering phone enquiries. Attending to requests efficiently and courteously. Supporting the Service Department with supply of parts. Liaising with Pre-Delivery, Service and Warehouse departments. Handling internal business as required. Unpacking stock orders and keeping the parts store tidy. Receipting incoming parts orders, branch transfers and external supplier deliveries. Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing goods.
