Job Overview We are seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking Property Damage Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience handling property damage claims, either at a law firm or on the insurance carrier/adjuster side . This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with clients throughout the claims process. Responsibilities Communicate with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients regarding property damage claims. Gather, review, and organize claim documentation. Assist clients throughout the property damage claims process. Coordinate with attorneys, insurance adjusters, contractors, and other parties as needed. Maintain accurate case and claim records. Provide outstanding customer service and timely follow-up. Support the legal or claims team with administrative and case-related tasks. Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) – required. Experience in property damage claims is required. Previous experience at a law firm , insurance company , or public adjusting firm is strongly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office and case or claims management software. Preferred Experience Property damage litigation support. Insurance claims handling or adjusting. Customer service in the legal or insurance industry. Experience working with homeowners' insurance claims. Compensation Compensation is competitive and will be based on experience.
