Job Responsibilities: Supporting in Sales Strategy Development and execution. Assisting the Brand Managers in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. Conducting market research and analysis of customer needs in order to help identify new sales opportunities. Tracking sales targets and ensuring alignment with the overall brand objectives. Ensuring targets on production contributions are achieved. Conducting competitor analysis. Helping conduct market research to better understand industry trends, customer behaviour, and the competitive landscape. Providing insights to the Brand/Business Managers to support strategic decision-making and optimisation of brand strategies. Coordinating with other departments, such as Sales, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams in order to ensure smooth execution of brand strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role in the FMCG industry Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Hybrid work set up; willing to be assigned in Sun Valley, Parañaque City.
