About The Role If you are a CPA or Audit Associate looking to transition from external audit into ERP consulting , this role is a strong career shift into Oracle NetSuite implementation and business transformation . We are hiring for a NetSuite Functional Consultant who will be part of a growing ERP implementation team. You will gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end system implementation projects , working with both local and international clients. This is a hybrid setup role with 80% onsite work requirement , designed for professionals who want exposure to real ERP systems and global business processes. What You Will Do You will be involved in business process analysis, ERP configuration, and system implementation using Oracle NetSuite. Primary responsibilities include: Conduct business process analysis and process mapping for client requirements Support full ERP implementation lifecycle: Project preparation Blueprinting and requirements gathering System configuration and customization Testing and UAT support End-user training and deployment Perform configuration in NetSuite environments Prepare and execute UAT test cases and assist during testing phases Translate business requirements into practical ERP system solutions Work closely with clients to ensure successful system rollout and adoption Who We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Banking, or related field CPA preferred, but not required At least 1 year experience in external audit or finance-related role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Interested in transitioning from audit/finance to ERP consulting / systems implementation Willing to work in a hybrid setup (80% onsite) Open to local and possible offshore exposure Why This Role is a Great Opportunity Ideal for CPAs and Audit Associates seeking a career shift from external audit Gain hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite, a leading global ERP system Exposure to end-to-end business transformation and implementation projects Work with functional and technical consultants in a structured team environment Strong career growth in ERP consulting and digital transformation Work Setup Hybrid arrangement 80% onsite requirement Local and possible offshore project exposure Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Audit Associate: 1 year (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Makati
