Junior Website Quality Assurance SpecialistPosition Summary The Junior Website QA Specialist supports website quality assurance by executing structured testing procedures across WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms. This role focuses on identifying functional, visual, and content-related issues while learning QA standards and processes. Key Responsibilities Website Testing & Quality Assurance Execute QA checklists for WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS websites. Test website pages, links, navigation, buttons, forms, and interactive elements. Verify responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Perform basic cross-browser testing. Validate content formatting, spacing, images, and visual consistency. Verify that website updates match approved requirements. CMS Quality Assurance Test websites built using: WordPress Shopify Other CMS platforms as required Verify pages, menus, blog posts, products, collections, and content updates. Confirm plugins, apps, and CMS features work as expected. Perform basic regression testing after updates. Basic SEO Validation Perform basic SEO checks using established QA checklists. Verify that: Page titles are present Meta descriptions are present Heading structures are properly used Images include alt text when required URLs are properly formatted Links are working correctly Identify obvious SEO issues and escalate when needed. Bug Reporting Document issues clearly with: Screenshots Screen recordings Steps to reproduce Expected vs. actual results Browser/device information Assign issues based on established severity guidelines. Retest completed fixes. Collaboration Work with Developers, Designers, and Project Managers. Follow established QA procedures and documentation. Participate in QA reviews and team discussions. Required Skills Basic experience testing websites. Familiarity with WordPress and Shopify. Understanding of responsive web design. Basic understanding of website structure. Basic understanding of SEO concepts, including: Page titles Meta descriptions Headings URLs Image alt text Strong attention to detail. Good written communication skills. Willingness to learn QA processes and tools. Success Metrics Accurate execution of QA checklists. Clear and complete bug reports. Consistent identification of basic website issues. Improved understanding of QA and SEO validation processes. Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
